[Insight-users] 3D growing filters

Dear all,
 
I am using the growing filter implemented in ConnectedThresholdImageFilter.cxx.
I tested this example on real 2D data and it works fine. I would like to use 3D data now but mt tentatives are unsuccessful. I only change the dimension of the image. Should i change anything else? Please if somebody can help me to solve this problem. Thanks.
