[Insight-users] using Level set for segmentation

Hi All,

I already have read Dicom images and Analyze medical images with itk. I used
vtk to visualize these images, now I ´m facing a new challange: How to
Choose a ROI from theses images and segment it using level set method? Can
somebody give me a hint?
