[Insight-users] VTK_USE_PATENTED not exist

Dear all,

 

When I used the CMake (2.6.2) to prepare the VTK (5.2.0) for
compilation, the VTK_USE_PATENTED did not appear for user configuration
(turning ON/OFF).  Is that normal?  Other than that, everything looks
the same as what it is said in the document.  I am using VS2008 on
Windows XP.
