[Insight-users] VTK_USE_PATENTED not exist

Hi Hing-tong,


The VTK toolkit has been *purified* of patented methods in recent years.


There are currently no more patented methods in VTK, and therefore that
CMake flag was removed.


We should do a similar purification in ITK....
