[Insight-users] Vessel seg Hessian3DToVesselnessMeasureImageFilter Question

Hi Gen-Nan,
Hessian3DToVesselnessMeasureImageFilter does not
`detect' the vessels but it `enhances' them.

Have a look at the original paper by Frangi et al
