Hi Luis, Asamwm,

This is a great idea.

When I (recently) started using ITK, I wrote some notes oriented towards 
Ubuntu use, e.g building from source code, setting up a project in 
Eclipse, etc.

I put them in my wiki for a lack of a better place

Now I have changed departments and need to move those notes to another 
place. I don't know whether this new ITK InsightClopedia would be the 
right place for it? It's maybe a bit out of the scope of what you had in 
mind.

(Both wikis are MediaWikis, so it should be very straightforward to copy 
things over.)

What do you think?
