Hi,
Is the any "Deformable Model to Image registration" algorithm in ITK ?
For example we have a 3D volumetric image, but the object of interest has
low contrast and broken edges. So I want to fit a mesh to a image but with
the flexibility of deformable registration (not just affine).
Something similar to what is described in the paper:
