A. What version of ManagedITK are you using?
You should use this version:

B. What version of ITK are you using?
You should use this version:
http://voxel.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/itk/InsightToolkit-3.20.0.zip

C. What steps did you follow for compilation?
