[Insight-users] ScalarChanAndVeseSparseLevelSetImageFilter 3D?

Hi,
Gave up to try to run eventually the example provided with the Paper "Level Set Segmentation: Active Contours without edge" from the insight Journal, and tried the example from Insight-v.3.20.0/code/Review.I get the following error and i assume it is a casting problem, although i don't see where this was done in the example/Users/ellaK/osirix/osirixplugins/_help/LesionDetection/itkConstrainedRegionBasedLevelSetFunctionSharedData.h:148: error: no matching function for call to 'itk::Statistics::KdTree<itk::Statistics::ListSample<itk::Vector<float, 3u> > >::Search(float [3], unsigned int&, std::vector<long unsigned int, std::allocator<long unsigned int> >&)'/Users/ellaK/osirix/osirixplugins/_help/LesionDetection/itkRegionBasedLevelSetFunction.h:90: error: no type named 'NeighborhoodScalesType' in 'class itk::FiniteDifferenceFunction<itk::Image<float, 3u> >'Cheers,Ella
