[Insight-users] about the orientation matrix

Hello all,
When I read an orientation matrix, it's row order or column order?
for example
the array is 1 0 0 0 0 -1 0 1 0
it should be
 1 0  0
 0 0 -1
 0 1 0
or
1 0 0
0 0 1
0 -1 0

which one is right?

Also in Dicom or ITK , the default is LPS system?
