[Insight-users] InverseDeformationFieldImageFilter

Hello,

I would like to use this filter to compute the deformation inverse.

The thing is I have a displacement field that is in voxels. So, I can
easily compute realworld/millimeters position and a deformation field
(rather than a displacement field) and generate an analyse image that
can then be read into ITK. Would that be enough for this filter to
work? I always get confused about the information in the header. The
deformation vectors stored in the voxels are the absolute values and
no further transformation should be applied to it. Would that be taken
care/recognised by this filter?

Would appreciate any reply. I hope my question is clear enough.
