Hi,

 Is there a way to place overlapping grids while doing BSpline
interpolation ? So that some pixels in the image, that lie in an
overlapped region, is interpolated by effect of both the control
points and not just one.

 I looked into itkBSplineTransformTest.cxx, but could not find a way.
I am using ITK-4.1.0.
