[Insight-users] What is function to implement Affine+ FFD registration in ITK

Hello all,
 
I want to implement Affine + FFD by ITK (Reference from
paper “Nonrigid Registration Using Free-Form Deformations: Application to
Breast MR Images”). I don’t know in ITK have example to do it. If it is
available in ITK, please said to me the function name or example name? Is it
demons algorithm in ITK?
